What to Bring

Please bring the following things with you to your sound bath:

1. yoga mat
2. pillow or cushions (one under head, other under knees - optional)
3. blanket or sleeping bag or even a duvet (warmth and comfort are paramount)
4. bottle of water

Important Information

Please note, due to the vibratory nature of a sound session, you cannot participate if any of the following apply to you:

i) If you're in the first trimester of pregnancy
ii) If you have any metal implants in your body e.g. a pacemaker
iii) If you suffer from sound sensitive epilepsy
iv) If you suffer from a severe mental condition
